The Highland Institute Wiki is a collaborative knowledge platform for projects, communities, languages, material culture, environmental knowledge, archives, and related themes. It is not primarily a place for opinion, long-form analysis, or unsourced claims. At the same time, it works with a pluralist understanding of knowledge: carefully documented community knowledge, oral tradition, and Indigenous knowledge are valid forms of evidence alongside published academic sources. The aim is to build a responsible, well-organised, and ethically grounded knowledge commons.
